Beaulieu is Australia’s second largest manufacturer of carpet and is based in Yatala, Queensland.
Brease
This carpet is made of solution-dyed nylon and the fibres will not shed into the air. It has synthetic carpet backing that will not support mould and mildew growth or rot like some other backings.
It is Ultra-fresh treated which is anti-mould, house dust mite resistant and anti-microbial. It is Active Care treated, a salt–based carpet treatment that absorbs and breaks down common odours like cigarette smoke and VOCs like formaldehyde.
The carpet construction has a shorter pile height and hence less potential for dustmite colonies.
